Methamphetamine is methamphetamine, and all methamphetamine affects the brain exactly the same way if given via the same route of administration.
So? It's still a valid question...
Personally, I was never into Meth, I had a bad taste in my mouth for it. My bio-mom was a Meth addict so I always associated her shittyness to the drug.
(She was an awful mom, she dumped me off with my Grandparents, never came around, abused me whenever I lived with her for more than a week, the whole shebang.)Ironically, the first drug I ever did was a line if the yellow shit you guys are talking about.
(see the exp. forums in about an hour, I've been meaning to post about that anyway)I was 14 & the person who gave it to me affirmed my fears that my Mom was on Meth. I hated the thought of it, but as I got older I had a few experiences with it. I remember the Red stuff, I remember the white stuff & I definitely remember when Crystal hit the scene.
(See exp forums.) In my area (the semi-rural Southeastern USA) all forms were still being sold as of about 2003, as far as I know it's all still around. In my area, people don't want anything but Ice now, because most of the people where I live don't care about the drug itself, but the stigma that goes with it.
They only care about feeling cool & doing something bad, even the adults. The idea of doing Ice seems more appealing that the idea of doing Crank, which now seems passé. Like I've said, I live in the middle on a really weird place. To answer your question, IDK, but I definitely think it's valid. I'm curious to see what people have to say about it...
