How to Order a Testing Kit
Canadian and International Orders Accepted.
Make a donation online using a credit card and our secure server. This is the fastest way to receive a kit. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card bill will show a charge from "DanceSafe."
Order by Mail
Donate by mail. Kit prices are listed on the order form. Be sure and include a note telling us how many kits you want and what address you want us to send them to. The address is:

Anonymous Orders
Anonymous orders can be made using a money order. You can purchase a money order anonymously at any post office or at most local convenient stores.
Our kits are shipped in a plain, padded envelope or box with "DS" as the return address. We ship single kits First Class Mail and multiple kits Priority Mail.
