For those LSD users who either overdose or have a bad trip, a suggestion is to take a heavy dose of NIACIN (a B vitamin).  This vitamin will normally cause a blood flush as the capillaries are opened; when under the influence of LSD it will bring you down, and you will notice no fllush!  This would be preferred over a "trip" to the emergency room, facing all those straight folks in all those bright lights, where you could feel like you're under the microscope!  (Not my idea of a good time!)  If you use LSD, have a bottle of niacin in the vitamin drawer.  Perhaps as a last resort, 5 to 10 mg of diazepam (Valium) could be used, depending on the individual.  Many people have problems with acid because it was "mistreated" before ingestion.  By that I mean LSD is sensitive to white light and moisture (humidity) as well as rapid temperature changes.  It really is a fragile molecule.  Deteriorated LSD is usually more uncontrollable, there are more color patterns and body rushes.  Some people may say they like this, but then they are getting confused, "seeing the trees but not the forest".  The purer the LSD the "cleaner" the effects, and therefore more controllable.
