how do i start a popular rave safe club?

i already have club members, and an Certified EMT on staff! but how do we get "incahoots" with the actual organizers for raves and massives?

Hi i have a friend that requested this site to me. She is very much apart of the rave scene in the D, Detroit. She also told me about the "hidden" rave info on the site but i cant seem to find it. Any hints?
